Our turnstiles and swing gates are easy to integrate into existing architecture or fencing, offering a high level of security due to their size and robust designs. The MPT33 has an electromechanical interlock unit and the rotary movement is generated by users themselves – a popular variant at leisure parks and stadiums. It can be controlled by means of all conventional access control systems and can be operated in both throughflow directions as an option. The electric motor-driven MPT132 turnstile is set in motion by means of an energy-efficient, maintenance-free drive unit. MPT turnstiles are the ideal solution for controlling access outdoors when many people must enter and exit an area quickly. This is a physical key lock mounted onto the bottom of the header with a cam/lock mechanism that LOCKS the turnstile in one direction – completely disables that passageway’s rotation (in that one direction). b. When the same lock is “UNLOCKED”, the turnstile reverts to whatever mode it normally is in. Meaning the turnstile, for that direction, if controlled by an access system, will go back to operating only when it gets a command from the access system. If the turnstile, for that direction however, is set to “free spin” under normal operation, then when the key is turned to the UNLOCKED position, the turnstile will free spin in that direction. c. You’d need two key locks (MAENT101) to be able to LOCK or UNLOCK both directions of rotation. PULT01/PULT02: Push-Button Remote Controls, Hardwired Desk Panel The alternative to MAENT101 is to use our hardwired “desktop” control switch (PULT01) to allow free rotation in either direction.  When you use the PULT01 for the MPT, the way it operates by just 2 push-buttons. The MPT doesn`t have “modes” like the rest of our pedestrian gates – it is just ‘Open Left’ and ‘Open Right’, one time with a pulse activation of the switch.  If you want “FREE” rotation for a period of time, you’d just keep the ‘Open Left’/’Open Right’ input always enabled (switch on PULT01 = ON).   DRAWING & DIMENSIONS   INSTALLATION TURNSTILES.us Installation Services are Available!
