Description TSURUMI HS2-4 2” Submersible Water Pump – Manual The HS industrial series are heavy duty, yet lightweight, contractor pumps. Features: -With a side outlet arrangement, this design also has an integral stirring device, which combine to reduce blockages when used in very dirty site water. -Available with or without a float switch. -The HS series are 50mm (2”) and an 80mm (3”) submersible pumps with motor sizes in 400wattand 750watt. -The models HS2.75S and HS3.75S offer increased head and flow capability over the HS2.4S. All models have a solid cast aluminium body, cast iron pump casing and an impact resistant PVC strainer base for durability during robust handling. -The urethane vortex impeller offers excellent wear resistance in site applications where water contains sand and silt in suspension, thus maintaining performance and reliability. -The 750watt pumps feature an oil lifter to maintain seal lubrication during operation in any position. -All models have a 403 stainless steel shaft, that is fitted with an ultra hardwearing, double mechanical seal (inboard: silicon carbide – silicon carbide) – which runs in an oil chamber – and have a stirring device to reduce blockages. -Used predominantly as contractor pumps on site drainage duties, they can also be used in other industrial applications. -Supplied with 10 metres of heavy duty, rubber power cable. -Available in single-phase only with an optional float switch.
